Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for order verification and processing. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.

Packaging & Fulfillment

Paintings: Paintings are securely wrapped in protective air-filled packaging and shipped in a double-walled cardboard box. All paintings are shipped via UPS with insurance included. Tracking details will be provided once the order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing.

Fine Art / Giclée Prints: Paintings are securely wrapped in protective air-filled packaging and shipped in a double-walled cardboard box. All paintings are shipped via UPS with insurance included. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the United States. A signature is required upon delivery.
  • International: We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and order contents. Please allow 2–3 days for packaging preparation in addition to delivery time. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to the following states:

AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Shipping Costs & Options

Shipping fees are non-refundable. International orders may also incur duty and taxes at checkout which are non-refundable as well.

International Orders

International Shipping

  • We use UPS for all international shipments.
  • Fees are calculated at checkout as a flat rate per country, with additional charges based on order weight or size.
  • A handling fee may be included in the shipping total.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes. These fees are calculated during checkout and must be paid before shipment.

We remit the collected duties and taxes directly to UPS to facilitate customs clearance. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees not collected at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

We take pride in the quality of our artwork and packaging. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We offer a 14-day return window for prints only. The item must be in original condition and returned in original packaging.

  • Refunds for reasons other than damage are granted at the studio's discretion.
  • Taxes and shipping fees (including duty) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Original paintings. Feel free to request additional photos before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
  • Custom commissioned artwork

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • We'll assist in initiating a claim with the carrier and offer a resolution (replacement or refund, where applicable).
